MUN Department of English Presents The Moby-Dick Marathon

In celebration of Herman Melville’s 200th birthday, the Department of English will be hosting a marathon public reading of Moby-Dick; or, The Whale in its entirety. The reading will begin with the Etymology and Extracts at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 26th and will continue through the day and night until we reach the Epilogue early in the afternoon on Sunday, October 27th. Admission is free and people are welcome to stay for only a chapter or two. But diehards and completists are welcome to stay for the whole glorious shebang.
