Our Funders

Our organization cannot survive without our sponsors and funders. We are so grateful for their continued and generous support.

Since 1980, ArtsNL invested approximately $90 million in communities across Newfoundland and Labrador through grants to artists, arts groups, arts organizations, and schools. ArtsNL receives an annual allocation of $5.3M from the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.

We gratefully acknowledge the support of ArtsNL, which last year invested $5.3 million to foster and promote the creation and enjoyment of the arts for the benefit of all Newfoundlanders and Labradorians.

The Resource Centre for the Arts is pleased to acknowledge the generous support of The Marlowe Foundation. With their funding commitment over the next three years, RCA will be able to further build our capacity, upholding our ongoing mandate of providing accessible, supportive, and well-resourced programs and venues. With their thoughtful contribution, The Marlowe Foundation continues to demonstrate their pledge in supporting arts, culture, and community in Newfoundland and Labrador, and across Canada. Strong roots make for strong trees, and our friends at the Marlowe Foundation are working hard to make sure the whole forest continues to thrive. We look forward to continuing to work with them in the years to come. For more information about The Marlowe Foundation, as well as their project in restoring the iconic Masonic just around the corner from the LSPU Hall, please visit their website at https://www.themarlowefoundation.ca/.

Over the years, we have received enormous support through Canadian Heritage, most notably and consistently through the Canadian Arts Presentation Fund.

The Department of Canadian Heritage and its Portfolio organizations play a vital role in the cultural, civic and economic life of Canadians. Our policies and programs promote an environment where Canadians can experience dynamic cultural expressions, celebrate our history and heritage and build strong communities. The Department invests in the future by supporting the arts, our official and Indigenous languages, multiculturalism and our athletes and the sport system.
