The Country Pickin’ Pals

“The Country Pickin’ Pals” is an old-time acoustic country trio. Its members are Jimmy Linegar, George Jarvis and Ryan Jacobs. Jimmy has been playing country music since the 1950’s when he performed on Newfoundland radio and traveled around the island. Old fashioned guitar picking is emphasized in musical selections from Hank Snow, Doc Williams and others. Fiddle and guitar instrumental pieces are also a part of the show. You may even hear a yodel.
