DanceNL Annual General Meeting

DanceNL would like to invite all members, potential members, members of the dance community and anyone else interested in our activities to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, June 10th from 7 to 7:30 PM in the Cox and Palmer Second Space at the LSPU Hall, 3 Victoria Street, St. John’s. At our business meeting, we will elect new board members, discuss last year’s events and plan for the upcoming year. The Agenda for the AGM is attached.
After the meeting, join us for a social with refreshments and a series of short performances by DanceNL members including Christina Penney, Seraka Dance Company, Ainsley Dicks and more. For more information contact us at info@dancenl.ca

If you do not live in St. John’s and would like to participate in the meeting, e-mail us at info@dancenl.ca and we will arrange to Skype you in. If you are unable to attend, you can give a proxy vote to another member who is attending. Please e-mail us at info@dancenl.ca and we will help with this, too. You must be a member in good standing to vote at the AGM or run for the board.
Free parking will be available in the parking lot one block east of the LSPU Hall, next to the Blue Drop building on Prescott Street.
