Box Office Policies

Children under 3 are admitted free of charge provided they do not require a seat. Babes in arms will be admitted free of charge if the child will be sitting in the adult’s lap for the duration of the event. If a patron wishes to have the child sit in their own seat, or in an infant car seat, a ticket must be purchased.

In the event that you have lost your tickets, please visit the Resource Centre for the Arts/LSPU Hall Box Office or call (709) 753-4531 before your performance date.

COVID-19 UPDATE: Currently and until further notice, our updated refund/exchange policy is as follows:

If you cannot attend an event due to COVID-19 or COVID-19 symptoms, a full refund will be offered to the patron and to members of their party. Please contact the LSPU Hall Box Office in advance or within 24 hours of the missed performance.

Should the event be cancelled due to circumstances related to COVID-19, patrons will receive a full refund.

To receive your refund, bring your tickets to our Box Office within one week of the cancelled performance. Your refund will be processed in the same method of payment as your original purchase.

Exchanges are permitted subject to availability and can only be within the available performance days for one production/event.

Latecomers permitted at renters discretion. Please call the box office for further information.

Permit parking at the LSPU Hall (between signs designating the area on Victoria Street) is reserved for staff, renters, and volunteers displaying a parking permit. Parking elsewhere on Victoria Street requires an Area 10 Permit and violators will be ticketed by the City. During evening (after 6pm) & weekend performance, patrons can park for free at the Blue Drop Building on Prescott Street, or on Harbour Drive behind the Neal Building. Otherwise, street parking or the Metropark Garage is available on Duckworth Street.

The use of cellphones during performances is strictly prohibited; patrons should be reminded to turn off their phones or to switch them to airplane mode as they can be distracting to both performers and fellow patrons.
Photography or recording of any kind is also strictly prohibited unless it is done by a professional photographer that is hired by the renter for archival/promotional purposes.
