The RCA Lunch at the Hall Series partners with The St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival, Women in Film and Television – Atlantic and Lawnya Vawnya to present this panel on the experience of women in film and music. Do women struggle with different confidence issues than men? Want some inspiration to just keep plowing forward, believing in what you do and putting yourself and your projects out there?  Filmmakers Elsa Morena and Latonia Hartery join musicians Amy Rigby and Lisa Bozikovic to discuss their experiences when it comes to issues of confidence, perseverance, rejection, rewards, motivation and momentum.
