In the last 30 years, women have progressed into leadership positions in certain professions like politics and business. But in other areas, we lag behind. Across Canada and North America, women artistic directors are few and far between but in the Atlantic, in particular, that’s far from the case. Join us as we talk to a panel of AD’s at this year’s Women’s Work Festival. Find out how these women buck the trend, tackle their duties, face their challenges, and what it takes to run a (large or small) successful theatre company today.
