A new accessibility initiative from RCA.In partnership with Finnish Company Subtitles Cloud
The May 11th matinee performance of There’s Nothing You Can Do by Cole Hayley will host the pilot of our new initiative of live subtitling.
How It Works:
Subtitles Cloud has developed an easy-to-use app that can be downloaded directly to your smartphone. Look for this icon when downloading the app: red cloud logo. Each show will have a unique code, which will be emailed to patrons before the performance. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the show. Our team will be set up in the Cox & Palmer Second Space to assist patrons with setup. Once installed, patrons will have access to the subtitles of the show they’re watching in real time. Optional phone holders will be available that attach to the armrest, allowing for hands-free viewing. As this will be the pilot launch of this initiative patron participation and feedback will help shape how RCA moves forward with this project.
